In this episode I share a new fitness journey that I recently began. After many false starts over the years, I finally committed to taking the necessary steps to improve my overall health.
Today I’ll share the one change I made that supports me in my fitness journey to show up and push through the discomfort in pursuit of my health. The physical discomfort is nothing compared to the emotional discomfort that comes up when we know we need to make a change!
